Terms of use
Last updated · 19 July 2026
1. The service
AeroNow (“we”, “us”) is operated by Beardmore Digital, the trading name of Sean Beardmore. It is a directory of UK light aviation organisations — airfields, flying clubs, flight schools, experience operators and maintenance organisations.
What “verified” means: a human has checked the entry at a point in time, and listed aircraft are cross-checked against the CAA G-register. Verification is not a guarantee of current accuracy, not an endorsement, and not a safety certification. The Civil Aviation Authority remains the sole regulator.
2. Using the site
- Use the site lawfully and fairly — no bulk scraping or harvesting of listings.
- Do not interfere with the site, its security, or other users.
- Do not submit false, misleading or defamatory information through any form.
3. Accounts
Keep your sign-in method secure and your listing information accurate. We may suspend or remove accounts and listings that breach these terms or mislead directory users.
4. Claiming a listing
By claiming a listing you confirm you are authorised to act for that organisation. We may approve, reject or remove claims and listings at our discretion, and we may re-verify any entry at any time.
5. Enquiries
Enquiries sent through AeroNow are forwarded to the organisation concerned. Any booking, purchase or agreement that follows is strictly between you and that organisation. We are not a party to it and act as no one’s agent.
6. Intellectual property
The site, brand and original content belong to Beardmore Digital. Organisations that submit listing content grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it as part of the directory.
7. Liability
The directory is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that listings are complete, current or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at the greater of the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months or £100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
